Most pre-qualifications return within minutes. For full underwriting decisions, applications submitted before 2 PM ET with complete bank statements typically receive terms in writing the same business day. Applications submitted after 2 PM are reviewed first thing the next business morning. Funding can close as fast as 4 hours after accepted terms — most files fund within 24 hours, occasionally longer depending on the file and bank processing.

Will this affect my credit?

No. We use a soft credit pull only during the qualification process — no impact on your credit score. Some funding programs may include a credit inquiry at funding; your specialist will disclose if that applies to your specific offer.

Does it cost more to go through a broker vs. a direct lender?

No. The lender pays us directly when your deal closes — there's no broker fee added to your loan, no upfront fee, no application fee. The rate and terms you see are the rate and terms you get.

Why use a broker instead of going direct to a lender?

Same reason most business owners use an insurance broker instead of buying from one carrier. A direct lender can only sell you their product — one rate sheet, one structure, take it or leave it. Working capital starts at $10K. Equipment financing typically starts at $25K. Lines of credit start at $25K. There's no minimum on the conversation — if your file doesn't fit our partner network's products, we'll tell you in 24 hours what would.

What if I'm a brand-new business?

Most fast-funding products require at least 12 months of operating history and $25K/month in revenue. If you're under 12 months, the same-day path likely doesn't fit — but we may have other options through partners. Ask us.
